Who is the Boeing Familia?
Boeing Familia is an employee-led Business Resource Group. Boeing Familia paves the way for leadership growth, visibility and career development opportunities. It also connects thousands of employees who are passionate about their connection to Hispanic and Latino/a/x cultures and reiterates the importance of those cultures to our business at Boeing and in aerospace. Boeing Familia helps members advance their professional goals; identify mentorship and leadership opportunities; celebrate the richness and diversity of Hispanic and Latin culture; and engage in company outreach as community advocates, brand ambassadors and leaders.
What are the seminars about, and how long are they?
Volunteer multi-lingual and multi-cultural staff at Boeing will showcase their heritage and STEM experience in a series of 15-minute long talks, along with a 10-minute Q&A session at the end. (Total 25 minutes for each speaker)
